LawVox
For hotel managers · Independent hotels

Four reports every hotel needs — written, signed, sealed.

You speak what happened, in your own words. LawVox turns that into a completed report, signed on the phone, and locked the moment it’s sealed. The reports that used to eat your shift — done fast.

Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No — it runs in your browser. On iPhone you can add it to your home screen in two taps. On Android, open it in Chrome. The Play Store version is in review.
Are my reports safe — and will I always have them?
Yes. The moment a report is signed it is sealed with a form ID, a date and a time, and locked — nobody can edit it afterwards, not even me. Every sealed report is stored for you and stays in your Archives, so you can open, print, download or email any one of them years later, long after everyone has forgotten the night it happened. Your reports stay yours: they are not deleted if you stop paying, and Write-Up stays free forever.
Who can see our reports?
Only your property. Reports are private to your hotel and locked once signed.
Will my managers actually use it?
They speak the statement instead of typing it, then check what it wrote. Right now it’s manager-only — you invite one manager, and the employee signs in person on that same phone. There’s no separate staff account yet.

Statement of Facts

Marco was asked twice by the shift lead to stop using his phone during the checkout turnover rush. He refused, raised his voice, and left the floor for roughly 15 minutes, leaving three rooms not turned over before check-in. A coworker covered his rooms. He was reminded of the phone policy he signed at onboarding.

The report continues — witness statement, action taken, and both signatures.
